At Simple et Sans gluten, the weekend with pizza! The occasion was very beautiful to taste the pizza mix base by BMD sans gluten and we propose this magnificent and tasty white pizza gluten-free with goat cheese, hazelnut and figs. For the toppings:
- 3/4 tablespoons fresh cream (at 15% to “limit” the damage #ironia)
- A tube of goat cheese
- 70 gr grated cheese
- 1 large handful of crushed hazelnuts
- 3 small fresh figs cut into slices of honey
