140 g of mix
100 g of sugar
1 packet of dry yeast
3 eggs
130 g of butter


1 – Cover the cake mold with butter or place a sheet of baking paper inside the mold. Preheat oven to 180 ° thermostat 6.
2 – Preparation of the dough: in a container, mix the mix with the sugar, the yeast and add the eggs then mix them until obtaining a soft dough. Stir in the melted butter while mixing.
3 – Pour the dough into the mold.
Place in the oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

3 – Verser la pâte dans le moule.
Placer au four et faire cuire entre 30 et 40 min.
