Organic rice flour, organic potato starch, organic buckwheat flour,

The recipe for a pizza with a gluten-free base

Ingredients :

250 g of mix
10 g baker’s yeast (gluten-free)
15 g of olive oil
8 g of salt
200 ml of water


1 – Preheat the oven to 200 °, thermostat 8.
2 – Preparation of the dough: In a container, mix all the ingredients by hand. Knead to a ball. Add some flour. Cover with a cloth and let it double in size for 30 minutes in a temperate place.
3 – Use a rolling pin to roll the dough and arrange it on parchment paper. Garnish as you desire.
Place in the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
